A certified hypnotherapist helping people move beyond anxiety, stress, and overwhelm by working at the root of the issue, not just the symptoms.

My approach

I don’t believe you’re broken — and I don’t believe you need fixing.

I believe you were born well, with an innate sense of calm, clarity, and resilience.

Anxiety, fear, low confidence, and habits aren’t who you are. They’re patterns your mind has learnt over time — often in an attempt to protect you.

My work is about helping you understand and release those patterns so you can return to your natural state of balance and wellbeing.

My experience

In 2018, I found myself questioning everything — who I was, what I truly wanted, and how to create a life that felt meaningful.

On the surface, things looked fine. But internally, I felt disconnected, struggled with low self-esteem, and had a sense that something was missing.

I wanted more clarity, more fulfilment, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Discovering hypnotherapy changed everything.

It helped me release limiting beliefs, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with who I really was.

That experience is what led me to this work.

How I work

I trained with Ali Campbell at the Hypnotherapy Academy and am a certified practitioner, registered with the Complementary Medical Association (CMA).

My approach is calm, supportive, and grounded.

Using hypnotherapy, I help you:

  • quiet the noise of overthinking

  • calm your nervous system

  • understand the patterns behind how you feel

  • create lasting change at a subconscious level

From my very first clients, I knew this was the work I was meant to do.

I’ll never forget the client who overcame a lifelong phobia after just two sessions and told me it had changed their life.

A more personal note

Having experienced my own challenges with mental health, I understand how isolating it can feel.

This is what drives my work.

To help you feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself — not by becoming someone new, but by returning to who you already are.

Outside of sessions

Outside of work, you’ll find me running, cooking, meditating, learning new things, and spending time with people I love.
