FAQs

  • Hypnotherapy is a natural and effective therapeutic approach that helps you access your subconscious mind, where many of your habits, beliefs, and emotional patterns are stored. By guiding you into a deeply relaxed state, I help you identify, reset and reframe the thoughts and behaviors that may be holding you back, allowing you to create positive changes in a safe, supported environment.

  • Almost everyone can be hypnotized as long as they are open and willing to engage in the process. Hypnosis is a natural state that feels a lot like daydreaming or being so focused on a task that everything else fades into the background. If you can relax and follow my guidance, you can benefit from hypnotherapy.

  • Not at all. You are always in control during hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process where I guide you, but you remain aware and can choose to engage or disengage at any time. My role is to support and empower you, never to take control or make you do anything you don’t want to.

  • Hypnosis feels different for everyone, but many describe it as a state of deep relaxation and focus. You’ll feel calm, aware, and at ease, almost like that peaceful state you experience just before falling asleep or during meditation. You’re not asleep; instead, you’re deeply focused and connected with your inner thoughts.

  • Yes, hypnotherapy is completely safe. It’s a natural process where you remain fully aware and in control. I work with care and professionalism to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire experience.

  • The number of sessions depends on your goals and the challenges you’d like to address. Some people notice significant changes after just one session, while others benefit from a series of sessions to create lasting transformation. We’ll work together to create a plan that suits your needs.

  • No, you cannot be made to do anything against your will. Hypnotherapy is not about control; it’s about collaboration and empowerment. You are always in charge and can choose to stop at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

Clinical hypnotherapy, on the other hand, is a therapeutic practice designed to help you achieve personal goals and overcome challenges. It’s a compassionate, client-centered process where you are always treated with respect and care.

  • During a session, we’ll start by discussing your goals and challenges. Then, I’ll guide you into a relaxed state, where we can work with your subconscious mind to address the root causes of your concerns. You’ll be fully aware and comfortable throughout, and we’ll conclude with a gentle return to your normal waking state, leaving you refreshed and focused.

  • If you’re open to the process and committed to change, hypnotherapy can be incredibly effective. Everyone’s journey is unique, and my goal is to tailor each session to your specific needs to help you achieve the results you’re looking for.

  • Hypnotherapy creates lasting changes by addressing the root causes of your challenges. For many, the results are permanent. However, like any personal growth journey, maintaining progress may require reinforcing the changes with self-care and, occasionally, follow-up sessions.

  • There’s no special preparation required. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to explore. If you have specific goals or concerns, feel free to share them with me so I can tailor the session to your needs.

About me

Hi, I’m Rebecca.

If you’ve ever felt anxious, disconnected, or unsure of your life’s purpose, you’re not alone.

Back in 2018, I found myself questioning everything—who I was, what I truly wanted, and how to create a life that felt meaningful. I struggled with low self-esteem and a quiet sense that something was missing. I longed for deeper fulfilment, more joy, and a way to help others in a way that felt aligned with my soul.

Discovering hypnotherapy was a turning point. It helped me release limiting beliefs, reconnect with my inner confidence, and begin building a life that felt authentic and expansive. I trained under Ali Campbell at his Hypnotherapy Academy and became a certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner, regulated by the Complementary Medical Association. From my very first clients, I knew I had found my calling. I still feel a buzz after every session, but I’ll never forget the client who came to me with a long-standing phobia and, after just a couple of sessions, told me I had changed their life. Moments like that continue to inspire me every day.

I help clients worldwide overcome anxiety, stress, fears and phobias, confidence challenges, insomnia, habits, and other blocks that hold them back. My approach is calm, kind, authentic, and empathetic. I create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

Having experienced mental health challenges myself, I understand the profound impact they can have on quality of life. This fuels my passion for helping people live more fully and authentically. I’ve also witnessed the impact of mental health struggles within my own family, which deepened my commitment to supporting not only those who are struggling, but also their loved ones, helping families navigate emotional challenges with compassion and care.

Outside of work, I love connecting with friends and family, exploring new cultures, running, dancing, meditating, practicing gratitude, and pursuing personal growth. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, embrace their gifts, and live a life filled with confidence, joy, and balance.

My core message is simple: “Healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s remembering who you are - you are loved, appreciated, gifted, and well.”
